SLA & Beta Status

Status: Hansestack is currently in Public Beta.

For this reason, there is currently no Service Level Agreement (SLA) and no formal guarantees regarding API availability.

Best-Effort Operation

The service is operated on a "best-effort" basis. We have built a highly available infrastructure at Hetzner; however, during this evaluation phase, we cannot rule out maintenance windows, network outages, or temporary downtimes.

What does this mean for you?

• You must implement the API in Fail-Open Mode! An outage of our API must never block your users' login flow.
• All use of the service is strictly at your own risk.

Outlook: SLA after Official Release

To provide planning security for future production workloads, here is an outlook on the SLAs that will apply to paid tiers after the conclusion of the Beta phase:

• Availability: Planned guarantee of 99.9% uptime on a monthly average.
• Support: Response times under 24 hours for P1/P2 incidents.
• Service Credits: Financial credits in the event of non-compliance with availability targets.

As long as the Open Beta is running, you can enjoy the full request volume (10,000 requests/day) completely free of charge and without any obligations. You are welcome to report bugs and outages at any time via GitHub.
